1. What ALTITUDE is

ALTITUDE is follow-up and lead-task software for businesses that run on phone calls. It groups inbound leads, assigns owners, and helps the office work a clear list (what to do now, today, and later) instead of losing threads in a shared inbox.

It is a tool layer. It is not a replacement for your website, your ads, or the marketing work Flowpoint does for you.

2. What problem it solves

The problem is not “more software.” The problem is leads and call-backs falling through: nobody knows who owns the next step, and follow-up is slow enough that the next company gets the job.

  • Hand-offs between the field and the office break down: forms sit in email, and call-backs do not match what the ad or site promised.
  • No single owner for the next action on a lead, so the team assumes “someone else will handle it.”
  • Speed-to-lead is weak enough that you are buying clicks your office is not set up to convert.

3. Who it is for

ALTITUDE is for shops that run on real conversations with homeowners or property managers, have more than a trickle of inbound, and are honest that follow-up is where jobs get lost. If your process is already fast and clear, we often work on the site, ads, or call handling first.

  • The office answers the phone, but the path from “lead in” to “on the schedule” is messy.
  • You want a shared view of who owes what to which lead, not a pile of DMs and sticky notes.
  • You are open to a dedicated follow-up tool when the numbers say that layer is the leak, not when everything else is on fire first.

4. When you do not need it

Not every client adds ALTITUDE, and that is a normal outcome.

  • Your CRM or service platform already does follow-up, routing, and tasking well, and the team actually uses it.
  • Often the bigger lift is the site, the offer, the ad message, or call handling, not task visibility.
  • If you are not ready to change how the office works, we should fix what is blocking leads before we add another system.

Already on Jobber, ServiceTitan, or another CRM? We work with the stack you have. If ALTITUDE would sit next to it, or should not be added at all: we will say that straight once we have seen your setup in a review.

5. How it fits a Flowpoint engagement

Engagements always start with Flowpoint: what you say in market, what you run in paid, and how the phone and form path support booked work. The audit looks at that whole system first. If the follow-up layer is a constraint, we say so, show why, and only then talk about wiring ALTITUDE in. A long stretch of marketing work without adding ALTITUDE is not unusual. If you do use it, it sits next to the rest of the work, not in place of it.
