Flowpoint Marketing

Best-fit clients

Clarity for both of us. Before the contract.

This page is a simple fit check. We do our best work with a certain kind of contractor or home-service operator: enough that your office can answer and follow up, and enough that we can tie our work to estimates and jobs. If you read this and the left column sounds like you, a first call is a good use of time. If the right column is closer, we may still be able to point you in a better direction.

What “fit” means here

Marketing only works if the business can run the part after the click. We hold ourselves to a high bar on reporting and follow-through, and we look for clients who can meet the basics on the phone and calendar. The goal is to line up media with a handoff the office can actually run.

Where we are usually aligned, and where we are not

Use it as a self-check, not a test. A strong match on the left is a good sign; a lot of weight on the right often means another model or partner will serve you better.

We tend to be a good match

  • Trades and home-service companies that run a real sales process on the phone: estimate requests, booked jobs, and a team that can respond during business hours.
  • Owners and operators who want steady, qualified inbound, not vanity metrics, so we can all judge progress on leads and work booked.
  • Teams open to optional in-house follow-up when a review points to first-response or call routing as a bottleneck, and to leaving new tools out when the current stack is already working.

We are usually not the right fit

  • Situations where there is not enough budget or time to act on the audit, follow up with leads, or keep the basics of the ad account healthy.
  • When the work needs an internal marketing department or a large retainer with multiple full-time strategists. We stay intentionally small; some brands simply outgrow that model or need a different team shape.
  • If leads routinely sit for days or call-backs are not a priority, we are unlikely to be the right partner. Not every shop is ready to tighten that at the same time as growing spend, and that is worth saying up front so expectations stay honest.

What we commit to

  • Transparent view of ad spend. You see what Google and Meta bill. Our management fee is shown separately so the split stays legible.
  • We work in accounts, sites, and assets that stay in your name, and we keep offboarding and access legible if you change partners.
  • Readouts that name what is working, what is not, and what we would try next, including a straight read when a stretch is off.
